Meet the Middlers
NICOLE MIDDLER
WHS Advisor
Nicole is Andrew’s dedicated WHS Assistant who brings a uniquely empathetic and methodical perspective to workplace safety. With a foundational background in children’s education, Nicole possesses a rare knack for distilling complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable, and engaging instructions. She understands that a true safety culture is built on the same pillars as a successful classroom: effective communication, patience, and meaningful behavioural change.
Nicole is currently studying WHS and assists with document management and risk assessments. She approaches risk assessment with an educator’s eagle eye, identifying subtle hazards before they escalate into incidents. Her transition from the classroom to the corporate floor ensures that every site audit and safety briefing is handled with clarity and a genuine commitment to well-being.
ANDREW MIDDLER
Managing Director
Andrew has more than 15 years’ experience in Safety and Training, including 14 years as a qualified Trainer Assessor. Since 2020, Andrew has held Management positions at construction companies in both Safety and Training functions, as well as offering auditing and consulting services to many small to medium sized businesses.
Andrew is a qualified Sheetmetal Worker who quickly moved into the area of fixed plant mining. Over his 15 years in mining, he has held many grass roots roles, learning what motivates workers and how safety systems can produce good outcomes for workers and companies alike. This experience underpins the systems Andrew recommends and assists clients to achieve successful outcomes for everyone.
Andrew holds several qualifications in WHS, Auditing and Training as well as being registered with DEMIRS as a Hygiene Sampler. This gives Andrew a broad knowledge base to be able to give his clients the best possible advice on all risks in your workplace

Having a work health and safety system that supports workers and makes their time more fulfilling, whilst being compliant to the relevant legislation should be easily achievable.
